Where we stage
Evolve is a Seattle-area studio, but the work itself sits on the Eastside and up the North Sound corridor. Below are the seven cities we have actually staged homes in — and we quote listings in the communities around them too.

Seven cities, seven pages
Bothell
Two-story family homes and new construction on the county line.
Two recent projects →Duvall
Valley acreage, vaulted rooms and long sightlines.
Two recent projects →Issaquah
Downtown cottages at one end of town, the Highlands at the other.
A recent project →Lynnwood
Split-entries and ramblers, plus a densifying city center.
A recent project →Redmond
Relocation buyers who shortlist from the photographs.
A recent project →Renton
First-time buyers and mid-century plans that need explaining.
A recent project →Sammamish
Plateau square footage that has to read as rooms.
A recent project →Somewhere else?
The seven above are where the work has been, not a fence. Send the address through the consultation form and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can take it.
Ask about your city →Beyond the seven
Staging travels. We regularly quote listings in the communities around those cities — serving these and surrounding communities:
None of those has a page of its own, on purpose: a page per zip code with the city name swapped in tells a seller nothing. This list grows as the work does.
How the engagement works
The process is the same wherever the listing is. We take one client at a time, so the hands that plan the job are the hands that install it.
Consultation
We walk the home with you — or work from photos and the floor plan if that's easier — and go room by room through what the listing needs.
Plan and quote
You get a staging plan and a quote for it. Inquiries get an answer within one business day.
Install
Full staging: we bring the furniture, art, lighting and linens. Partial: we work with what you own and layer in what's missing. Either way the rooms are finished and photo-ready.
Destage
When the home sells, we come back and take the staging out.
What the photos look like
The gallery is grouped by home rather than by city — every photo sits with the project it came from. It is the fastest way to see whether the work suits your listing.
